The team were so easy to deal with, and quickly determined that the issue needed to be addressed by the water authority and contacted them for us. Very pleased with Sven’s plumbing! We had a tricky leak in the basement and were unsure if it was the toilet. Sven’s offered us a couple of options for reparations, highlighting the pros and cons and empowering us to make the best decision. We then commissioned them to install a brand new toilet and they did a fantastic job making sure the new toilet will be fully sealed and explaining us the process along the way. Highly recommend them, a very professional job with full transparency!
